Orders are prepared within 2 business days and delivered by UPS in 2–5 business days after that — usually 4–7 business days in total.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States, with no minimum.

Within the contiguous United States only. We're not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, and UPS can't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Yes. It's emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our US warehouse.

Try REVAX for 60 days, starting the day your order arrives. If it isn't for you, email support@revax.co from the address you ordered with, include your order number, and we'll refund you in full. You won't need to ship anything back.

One refund per customer — we apply this by name, email address and shipping address.

We start the refund within 3 business days of approving your request. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 business days to show on your statement.

Email support@revax.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product and the shipping box. We'll replace it or refund you — and it doesn't use up your 60-Day Promise.

COSMOS is the international standard for natural and organic cosmetics, founded by European certification bodies including Ecocert and the Soil Association. Every REVAX product is certified to its COSMOS Natural level by ECOCERT Greenlife — an independent body that reviews each formula and inspects the manufacturing site before the seal can be used. It can't be self-declared.

What the seal requires:

• Natural origin. Petroleum-derived content is capped at 2% of the finished product. Our formulas are 99% natural origin — the eye cream is 100%.
• A short list of what's allowed. No parabens, no phenoxyethanol, no synthetic fragrance, no petroleum-based dyes. Only approved preservatives.
• No GMO ingredients.
• No animal testing — by the manufacturer, or by anyone on its behalf.
• Responsible production. The manufacturing site works to an environmental management plan, and packaging can't use PVC or polystyrene.

"Clean" has no official definition — anyone can put it on a label. COSMOS Natural is checked by someone other than us.

No. COSMOS certification rules it out, and the products are made in the EU, where animal testing for cosmetics is banned.

The serum, night cream and day cream carry the Nut Free badge. Recovery Eye Cream doesn't — it contains horse chestnut seed extract.

One thing to know either way: the night cream and day cream contain shea butter, which comes from the shea nut.

Every ingredient is listed in full on each product page. If you have a nut allergy, check the list with your doctor before use.

Each product page lists the skin types it's made for. If you're not sure, email us and describe what your skin is doing — we'll tell you honestly if one of ours fits, or if it doesn't.

Morning: Daily Recovery Cream, then your sunscreen.
Night: Overnight Recovery Serum first, then Barrier Recovery Night Cream.

No. Apply your own sunscreen over it every morning.

Our formulas contain plant-derived fragrance, and the fragrance allergens are listed by name on each product page. Patch test on a small area first, and stop using it if your skin reacts.

If you're pregnant, nursing, or under the care of a doctor, check with a healthcare professional before starting anything new.

Email support@revax.co right away with your order number. Orders are prepared quickly, so the sooner you write, the more we can do — if we catch it before it ships, we'll change or cancel it for you.

If it's already on its way, you can ask UPS to update the delivery, and your 60-Day Promise applies once it arrives.
