At REVAX (operated by BSBF LLC), we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of order, including processing and shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and logistics.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders and bundles, as indicated on the product or checkout page.
5. Delays and External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier's system.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, you can also reach us at support@revax.co.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for failed delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.
