Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At REVAX (operated by BSBF LLC), your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Because we sell skincare products, certain hygiene-related conditions apply. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the conditions below are met. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

In its original, sealed packaging with all seals and shrink-wrap intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, unless the item is defective or damaged (see Section 5).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged due to customer misuse

Items returned without prior approval

Gift cards and discounted or final-sale items

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@revax.co with your order number, the reason for your return, and photo or video evidence if the item is damaged or defective.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to approve or deny return requests in accordance with this policy.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@revax.co with photo or video proof. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@revax.co.

7. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase or before the item has shipped, whichever comes first. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as your order may have already entered fulfillment.

10. Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

We actively monitor for fraudulent disputes. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account restrictions. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims with supporting evidence.
