TWO THINGS WORTH KNOWING
Plant-derived ceramides
Hydration that stays put. Ceramides help reduce moisture loss — which is most of what the eye area asks for, twice a day. On the list below they appear as glycosphingolipids and glycolipids, twenty-first and twenty-third, rather than as "ceramide." The same two are in our night cream, working here on a much smaller surface.
Dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline
For the look of firmness. It's an amino acid derivative — not a peptide, though it's often filed with them — and it's the same active as in our serum. Eighth on this list, tenth on the serum's.

AND WHAT ISN'T
No retinol. No silicones. No mineral oil. No exfoliating acids — no AHA, no BHA. No synthetic fragrance, no dyes, no parabens, no sulfates. There's no colorant in the formula at all — the color is the ingredients. The scent comes from natural essential oils, and contains limonene, linalool, coumarin and geraniol.

QUESTIONS
How is this different from using my serum around my eyes?
Same active, different job. Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline sits eighth on this list and tenth in the serum — this one is built lighter, for a smaller area, twice a day. This formula also has no exfoliating acids in it at all — no AHA, no BHA — which is worth something on the skin around the eyes.
When will I notice something?
Hydration is the fast part — that's what the ceramides and the two forms of hyaluronic acid are there for. The look of firmness is the slower part, and it keeps its own schedule. Sixty days is enough time to see both, which is exactly why the promise is sixty days long.
